We all understand that you need to go for baby steps. In the beginning you need to go for baby steps and remember to start on the ground. Most people think they can do everything at a single speed. What you are going to do here is not to try to do the exercises at different speeds.

Instead you need to start with baby steps and gradually move on to faster and faster. We have to start with baby steps and slowly move on to the faster ones. Here is our plan:

daily routine

1. Walking as much as you can in the first eight weeks of pregnancy and only walking with your help partner after that. 2. Stretching twice a day, for 15 minutes. 3. Washing your hair once a week at the same time. 4. Drinking adequate amount of water. 5. Going for walk with your help partner 2 or more times a day. 6. Taking a bath as often as you can. 7. Getting out of bed at the same time every morning. 8. Drinking 2-3 cups of water a day. 9. Eating breakfast every day in a timely manner 10. Eating lunch at the same time every day. 11. Making a point to get up an hour before your scheduled alarm time. 12. Going to bed at the same time every night. 13. Practicing good sleeping techniques. 14. Taking sufficient rest for a well-balanced pregnancy. 15. Keeping a good schedule for work and work-life balance. 16. Practice good work-life balance. 17. Keeping a regular family meal schedule. 18. Having a routine for family exercise every day. 19. Lean as many jump rope techniques as possible.
